1. Shipping Policy

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 24-48 hours of receiving payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Timelines

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days.

  • Rest of India: 5–7 business days.

  • Remote Locations: 7–10 business days.

  • Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors like weather, strikes, or courier delays.

Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: We charge a flat fee of ₹50 for orders below ₹499.

  • Free Shipping: We offer FREE Shipping on all orders above ₹499.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS and Email.

  • You can also track your order directly within the Saltveda App under the “My Orders” section.


2. Cancellation Policy

Before Dispatch

  • You can cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched from our warehouse.

  • To cancel, please email us at support@tapaveda.com or use the “Cancel Order” button in the App.

  • A full refund will be initiated to your original payment method.

After Dispatch

  • If the order has already been dispatched, we cannot cancel it. You may refuse the delivery at the doorstep, and a refund will be processed after the package returns to us (shipping charges may be deducted).


3. Return & Replacement Policy

Due to the nature of our products (Hygiene & Home Care), we do not accept returns for used or opened products. However, we offer replacements or refunds under the following specific circumstances:

Eligible Conditions for Return/Replacement:

  1. Damaged Product: The package arrived leaking, broken, or crushed.

  2. Wrong Product: You received a product different from what you ordered.

  3. Missing Items: Parts of your order are missing.

  4. Expired Product: The product received is past its expiry date.

How to Request a Return:

  • You must report the issue within 3 days of delivery.

  • Please send an email to support@tapaveda.com with:

    • Order ID.

    • Clear photos/video of the damaged or wrong product.

    • A brief description of the issue.

  • Note: Without video/photo proof of the damage/leakage, we may not be able to process the claim.


4. Refund Process

Once your return request is approved and the item is picked up (if applicable):

  1. Quality Check: Our warehouse team will inspect the returned item.

  2. Refund Initiation: If approved, a refund will be initiated within 24-48 hours.

  3. Credit Timeline: The amount will reflect in your original payment source (Bank/Credit Card/UPI) within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank’s processing speed.
